White Wolf sat in front of his wigwam, staring into space. In his mind he asked for help from the Wise Manitou. But the spirit residing in the hereafter did not show itself. He would certainly be able to answer the difficult question that White Wolf himself could not answer... He sighed deeply... As a chief of the Apache he had already experienced a lot of misery. The whites had brought death and destruction and firewater to his country. They were many and stronger with their weapons than the brave warriors of his tribe.
