Story behind the song
This is a song that I wrote after my wife and I's oldest son John Carter Croy had lost his battle with cancer in 1985. He was 8yrs. old. It is a song that has gave me great peace and a better understanding of our loss. My wife Debby and I over the years have tried to help others who have lost children. We hope this will help you or someone you know that has lost a child. Even though we have missed John over the years and we still do. I want you to know that our youngest son David Howard Croy and His wife Charla have given us 3 wonderful grandchildren Which we thank God everyday for.
