No claims of being a performer. I just give it what little I've taught myself musically by songwriting. Recorded by mic, straight to computer as sound on sound.
Born at an early age, I was just a kid at the time....from there memory escapes me, until 2000 or 2001 when I decided to teach myself guitar. In order to teach myself guitar, I took to writing songs. From there, I added bass and occasionally, harmonica and a small touch of electric guitar. Not much of a performer, but I love to experiment writing songs. So, it's nine or ten years into it so far....and I've only scratched the surface with tons to learn. Maybe, you'll find something you like on the nearly three pages, I've loaded so far....Comments are welcome, I don't expect all comments to be favorable, but objectively constructive.
I make no claims of being a performer....I just give it my best with what little that I've taught myself both musically and in songwriting. All songs are either written, played and sang by myself or my attempt at covering a song by my favorite artists.

Hey this is neat. Really like your work around that C chord. You sound so much like Dylan. This is excellent songwriting. You seem to be a master at this style. I guess I need to google flat fingered blues?

This song gets stuck in my head, I sing it all the time. The melody hits the spot, the acoustic is projecting a wonderful tone. Well played ,the bass is right on the money. I have felt those flat fingered blues many times.lol As always the song is so well written. Hey Wade, first of all, I'm wondering how I missed commenting on this awesome song. For Gods sake I've listened to it a time or two. I sometimes repeat songs in my head at no particular time of the day. This one happened to show up right before bed. It stayed there right with me all through the night. Don't feel bad because this happens to me all the time. Music in , music out. Considering most songs that do this to me are extremely talented musicians who have made careers out of making music I think Flat Fingered Blues is in mighty good company and deserves to be. So there you go my friend, you did it again to me. Made me listen when I wasn't really listening. All the qualities of master musicianship right here on Soundclick. Have a great spring!
