Born and raised in Virginia Swift T started making beats in 2000 with inspiration from Dr. Dre, Jam Master Jay, Organized Noise productions, DJ Icey, Dj Shadow, and Aphrodite. Mainly producing east coast style breaks and loops, he was then introduced to New Orleans Bounce when he moved to the Big Easy in 2001. You can hear the bouncy hi-patterns and deep bass bumpin' out of many trucks and cars blocks away in New Orleans. Swift-T decided to bring it to VA and mix it with his favorite styles of music. Among other projects, Swift-T is always into experimenting with breaks, drum and bass, and dance music always trying to find a new style.
